As a manufacturer, slight variations may occur between production batches, including:

These variations are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.

6. Custom Manufactured Products

Products manufactured to customer specifications cannot be returned unless:

  • The supplied product differs substantially from the approved artwork or agreed specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs and specifications before production begins.
